This photo is an example of a very difficult image to work with.  It is out of focus and the shadows are very intense.  What this means from a photo restoration standpoint is that the image can be clarified, moderately sharpened and the intensity of the shadows reduced, but hard imperfections or details will require a much more hands-on approach and therefore a longer period of time to complete restoration.
